The Efficiency gives you about fifty more square feet in a rarer layout; there are six.
Either way, campus is a mile’s walk along East Colvin Street — about 15 minutes, and almost flat — or three minutes by car. Upstate and Crouse hospitals are 2.1 miles away, cats and dogs are welcome, and leases run 12 to 24 months.
